There generally are two main categories of Labour Laws; Individual and Collective. Conveyancing
Conveyancing refers to the transfer of a legal title of real property from one entity or person to another, or the granting of an encumbrance such as a mortgage or a lien. There generally are two major phases in a conveyancing transaction: Contract Exchange, which is when the the equitable interests are created and the second phase which is the completion or settlement. This is when the title legally passes and equitable rights merge with the legal title.
